A Region Rallies with Support

Ontario Southeast Region came together to support their sister home. On Saturday, April 25th RDO Anne D’Ambrosio dropped by with a delivery for the team at The Harold and Grace Baker Centre. Throughout Baker’s COVID outbreak team has been able to count on their colleagues aboard who have rallied together to send urgent supplies including extra tables, isolation bags, hypodermoclysis kits, ear probe covers and masks.

Executive Director Christine Langton expressed “how deeply moved the team at Baker was yesterday when Anne stopped by to drop off your many gifts of goodies, hand creams, refreshments and inspiring words of support. There were a few tears. She added. “I am honoured to be part of a region that cares so deeply and gives so freely. You guys are AMAZING and I can’t thank you enough for being the bright spot in our day”.
