The team at Baywood Place sprung into high gear when COVID-19 hit their community. Both staff and residents feared the unknown, however, our staff worked hard and went above and beyond to keep our residents safe and healthy. The team and residents arranged days where they would hide in the main lobby of the building and jump out singing a special thank you song as staff entered the building to start their shift. This gesture was appreciated by all and reminded them of how important and valued they are during these hard times.
