This position is for the TOH Ontario Worker’s Network (OWN).

The home campus is at the Rehabilitation Centre.

Temporary until approximately April 02, 2022.

Days, occasional evenings and weekend, 8 hour shifts.

•  Master’s degree in occupational therapy OR equivalent program recognized by the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO) AND have successfully completed the College registration/examination process;
• Sound knowledge of readiness to return to work assessments, interventions, processes and resources;
•  Working knowledge of regulatory standards set by licensing board (COTO);
•  Superior written and verbal communication skills;
•  Excellent interpersonal skills;
•  Sound judgment and problem solving ability;
•  Must be eligible to work in Canada;
• Proficiency in English and French – oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).

Language proficiency requirements are based on the nature of the position and the level of interaction with French- and English-speaking clients.

• Experience with MVA and WSIB clientele and third party payors’patients;
• Two years experience in adult physical rehabilitation;
• Recent experience in working with cognitively impaired patients,TBI patient population.
