Please note that this is a University of Ottawa Medical Associates position. The successful candidate to this vacancy will be an employee of the University of Ottawa Medical Associates and not The Ottawa Hospital.

Days, 8 hour shifts.

•  Post-secondary diploma/degree or equivalent;
•  Minimum 5 years of previous related experience;
•  Experience in education program coordination;
•  Experience developing call schedules;
•  Experience working with Residents
•  Excellent knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
•  Excellent organizational skills;
•  Ability to work independently;
•  Excellent judgement, initiative and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English and French – oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
