|What you will do|
The Secretary 2 is responsible to perform a range of administrative support services which include, but are not limited to: providing reception for the department, scheduling and completing check in of patients in EPIC, scheduling meetings, booking rooms, preparing information packages and related documentation,maintaining patient databases, collating waitlists as needed in Excel, maintaining records that cannot be stored in EPIC, liaising with various clinicians, ordering and purchasing office supplies, photocopying and scanning documents, filing, preparing invoices, as well as typing documents, taking and transcribing minutes, maintaining updates for leave requests and vacations.
Language proficiency requirements are based on the nature of the position and the level of interaction with French and English-speaking clients.
