This position is for the TOH Ontario Worker’s Network (OWN).

The home campus is at the Rehabilitation Centre.

Temporary position until approximately March 31, 2024.

Days and occasional evenings, 4 and 8 hours shifts.   *For information purposes only – The Hospital reserves the right to change.

•  Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent;
•  Certificate of Registration from CASLPO (or eligible for registration);
•  Experience with assessment and treatment of dysphagia and adult acquired communication disorders.
•  Ability to provide counseling to patients, families, and other health care professionals;
•  Superior judgment, initiative, and problem solving skills;
•  Superior interpersonal skills;
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
•  Must be eligible to work in Canada.

•  Member of OSLA and SAC;
•  Experience working with WSIB patients;
•  Expereince with the acquired brain injury population;
•  Experience working in adult rehabilitation;
•  Proficiency in English and French – oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
