Position Overview
On the basis of a prescription, the role essentially consists in carrying out, with the help of an ultrasound machine, a complete investigation according to the patient’s condition and the context in which it is carried out, and in collecting optimal observations, images and videos from which radiologists or other medical specialists can establish a diagnosis or a treatment plan.

What we are looking for
• DMS (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) Membership with the C.M.R.I.T.O. (College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario).
• Experience in diagnostic ultrasound
• Ability to provide preliminary reports to the radiologist
• Knowledge of McKesson PACS and Powerscribe an asset
• Prefer knowledge of Change Healthcare PACs and EPIC
• Must be able to perform OBS/Gyne, AB/Pel, Thyroid, Small parts
• Prefer knowledge of breast, NT and Bx
• Possess a working knowledge of both official languages.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as an active member of the health care team.
