OPSE16 $43.17/hr $56.76/hr

- To provide clinical services such as drug therapy review and monitoring, individual and group patient counselling, in-service education, drug information, and participation on multidisciplinary patient care teams
- To work with the support of a computerized unit dose drug distribution system as a member of the Pharmacy team
- Demonstrate QCH values: accountability, respect, innovation
- Graduate of a recognized Faculty of Pharmacy and hold a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Pharmacy
- Be licensed or eligible for licensure with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Completion of a hospital residency or possess hospital experience, together with a background in a clinically oriented practice
- Demonstrated effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Commitment to continuing education related to position
