The Ambulance Offload and Medicine Transition Unit (AOMTU) was created to add bed capacity to offload patients more efficiently from Ambulance Paramedics to our emergency department, along with supporting our ongoing efforts to improve patient flow. More timely patient transitions will increase our ability to provide each patient with the world-class care, exceptional service and compassion we would want for our loved ones. The facility be comprised of Ambulance Offload and Inpatient Beds.
Temporary until approximately December 31, 2022.
Days and nights, including weekends, 12 hour shifts (07:00-19:00, 19:00-07:00)
