Position Overview
Working in compliance with the mission and values of the Hawkesbury General Hospital, the Registered technologist performs General Xray and CT Scan to produce images of very good quality for radiologists who interpret these images to diagnose the condition of patients. The responsibilities of this position are: to ensure the safety of patients during examinations; to produce images of high quality. The technologist working safely, in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Health and Safety at Work; refers to any danger to health or safety of staff, patients and visitors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Member of the C.M.R.T.O. (College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario).
• Must have CT Scan experience
• Possess a working knowledge of both official languages.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as an active member of the health care team.
TEMPORARY PART-TIME 0.7 FTE and/or CASUAL POSITION

As a pre-condition of employment:
