Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager – Resident Care, the Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A will be assisting the operations in processing and analyzing of financial data and reviews to drive financial performance and support our business partners. The candidate will also be responsible for setting up financial data analysis, assisting in the month-end result package, preparing the annual budget and the quarterly forecasts. With a large focus on process improvement, the successful candidate is responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of reporting systems and procedures utilized by the Financial Analysts, as well as other special projects as assigned. This position will be located at our Head Office in Markham, Ontario and will have flexibility for both remote and in-office work based on our hybrid work model. Accountabilities Month End Close
