Summary of responsibilities
Maintains the rotations from each nursing unit; enters information on the payroll time sheets for the nursing units and nursing office; provides general clerical and filing duties; updates StaffRight; replaces all sick calls and workload shifts using StaffRight and the Collective Agreement.

• Completion of Ontario Secondary School Diploma
• Good customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills with
• Excellent communication skills
• Organizational abilities with initiative and the ability to work unsupervised
• Knowledge and understanding of the staffing process and nursing units
• Full working knowledge of StaffRight and complete knowledge of all Collective Agreements
• Knowledge of calling in procedures and payroll input
• Demonstrated regular, punctual attendance
• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and the values of CCH
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet
• Functional level in English (oral and written)
