Position Information | ||
The Quality Assurance Specialist is part of a team of individuals responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of assessment and treatments in our Network. The QAS role will help inform program development, communication, education and training. This person will be responsible for providing feedback both in writing, in person and/or by telephone to TOH allied health professionals or partner sites. This person will be responsible for looking for quality improvement trends and communicating these to the OWN Quality Manager to inform future program development, education and communication. The Quality Assurance Specialist is also now responsible for liaising WSIB.
The home base for this position is the General Campus.
